Cyber Alert prices and discounts are based on a subscription of £80 per calendar month*.

We require 3 months written (email) notice of termination of service.  Notice can be given at anytime during the subscription, but if you have taken an option for advance payment to take advantage of a discount, this cannot be refunded.  Your subscription would terminate at the end of the 6 or 12 months provided 3 months remains on the subscription.

Even following termination of service you are entitled to keep all documentation received/downloaded to that point.  You will however stop receiving updates and other monthly services enjoyed by a continued subscription such as training and awareness, blog/newsletter and any subsequent policy updates.

All monthly payments are taken by Direct Debit.

All annual subscriptions will automatically revert to a monthly subscription once the initial 12 month period is up,  However, we will contact you before to determine if you would like to enjoy an further annual discount!
